Sutton Court Testimonials

Feel at home in Sutton Court

This is a great place for a long term stay in New York City. We stayed at Sutton Court for seven months. It's a perfect location with bus and subway access nearby to get uptown, downtown or crosstown. It's also a quiet, upmarket, residential area with convenient neighborhood shops, restaurants, and services right at your doorstep.

The apartments are generous sized, with a bedroom, living/dining area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen plus four closets; there's lots of storage so you're not living out of a suitcase! The living room furniture included a sleeper sofa, coffee table three comfortable upholstered chairs, and a round dining table that would seat 4, and two floor lamps. In the bedroom there is a large dresser and two large bed tables with drawers and two table lamps which conveniently included both an electrical outlet and a USB port for charging our portable electronic devices.

The lobby area of the hotel is quite extensive as the building spans a full block from 57th Street to 58th Street. There's a comfortable lounge area with a TV and lots of seating, and a little "secret garden" as well.

Comfortable Home Away from Home

This is an extended stay hotel and I would highly recommend it. The space is really good and it's in a nice neighborhood. The staff is very nice and accommodating. From my booking with Laysee, to Paul, Danny, Omar, Michael, on the desk, Manuela, Nelson and the lovely housekeeping staff behind the scenes, Sutton Court was a wonderful find for our family.

The best extended stay hotel in town

Sutton Court exceeded all expectations. I live in New York, but needed a place for both my parents and in-laws to stay as my wife and I were expecting the birth of our daughter. I was able to book the room on behalf of our guests and the Sutton Court staff, specifically Barbara Williams, were incredibly helpful. Each set of parents stayed in the unit for 2 weeks. They could not have been more pleased with their accommodations. From the layout, to the decor, the room was perfect (and recently renovated) - far bigger than most hotel rooms in Manhattan and a beautiful kitchen to boot. Prior to finding Sutton Court, we were considering an Airbnb given the length of the stay. Without question, Sutton Court was nicer than anything we could find on Airbnb and the value is unmatched.
